Getting here...

Prince Edward Island is located on the eastern coast of Canada in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The Island is nestled within the neighboring provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, which all together form the Martime Provinces.

There are two main routes for getting to Prince Edward Island by road. The Confederation Bridge allows motorists to drive across the Northumberland Strait from New Brusnwick, while a car ferry service from Nova Scotia with Northumberland Ferries offers a relaxing 75 minute ride to and from the Island. If you're flying to the Island, the main airport is in the province's capital, Charlottetown. Car rentals are available.
