The first stage of the Smooth Cycle/CPEI Citizen Road Bike Series is back by popular demand, at a new date. The course is relatively flat with gentle rollers and a few hills. This race will definitely be fast and fun. There is a age/ability category for every rider, the real race is against yourself!
