a CYCLINGPEI Sanctioned Event...

The annual Mothers Day Time Trial is the first race of the season. This excellent event is the first CPEI race of the year. The loop is 19km in length travelling over some of the same course used in the Tour de PEI. This section of road is also used in the upcoming  Summerside Cycling Club King of Kinkora race. The start and finish are at Bluefield High School on route #9. The course has some challenging hills and is always a great way to start the season.

This season all CPEI sanctioned races will be hosting Riders of Tomorrow fun races prior to the main event. These mini events are for the younger kids and take place in the parking lot of the event. They last about 5 minutes and give the kids the opportunity to participate. All participating youth will receive an award. Parents are asked to participate as well. Riders of Tomorrow is a free event.
