Cycling PEI AGM and Awards Baquet

The Annual General Meeting and Awards Banquet for Cycling PEI (CPEI) are scheduled for Tuesday January 16th at the Rodd Royalty Inn, Charlottetown.
 
Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend both events. The meeting will begin at 5:30 PM and the Awards Banquet will start at 7:00 PM. During the AGM, the 2006-07 Board of Directors and amendments to the constitution will be voted on.   More volunteers are needed to assist on the board or a committee and if you are interested, please contact CPEI.
 
The Awards Banquet will again be a celebration of the past year and an opportunity to congratulate the Athletes and thank the many sponsors and volunteers for their work which made this season a success. Nominations for the following 8 ADL/Sport PEI Awards are to be sent to Cycling PEI. A short write up of why they are deserving is all that is needed to nominate an individual or team. The 8 awards are Administrator, Coach, Official, Team, Female, Male Junior, Male Senior and Male Master (30+) Athletes of the Year. Deadline for nominations is Monday January 8th 4:00PM at the Cycling PEI office.
 
The Rodd Royalty will be catering this event and the buffet menu ticket price is only $20. Meals for youth under 15 year’s old ($10, chicken fingers) and vegetarian meals ($20) must be pre-ordered through CPEI by Monday January 15th at noon. The first 50 paid individual will be given a ticket for the banquet and do not delay as tickets are expected to sell fast. Tickets are available at the CPEI office, 40 Enman Cres in Charlottetown.
