Island East Recreational Cycling Event

Island East Recreational Cycling Event is a scenic social cycling event for all ages on PEI's Confederation Trail.
This 3 day event kicks off on Friday evening October 2nd at 5:30 pm at Winsloe Lions Club for a 20 km ride to Tracadie Community Center for a reception & entertainment. The official kick off with special guests will be on Saturday,October 3rd at 10:45 am at Tracadie for memorable cycling through the historic communities of Mt Stewart and Morell while enjoying fall foliage at its peak. Destination is the picturesque community of St Peters where participants will be fed and entertained at the Dr Roddy Community Centre.
The grand finale is on Sunday morning where we will leave the seaside community of Murray Harbour at 11am and cycle through beautiful Murray River and arrive at the gateway village of Wood Islands for food and a frolic. Closing date for early bird prizes is September 11th.
For only $20.00 you can participate for all three days or just $10.00 per day. In addition to receptions & entertainment this minimal fee includes lots of prizes and free rides back to your vehicles. All rides are accompanied by Trail Officer volunteers.
